The main reason for our success is due to our reputation being spread by word-of mouth across the region. Since Randy’s initial mission was to provide a superior quality product accompanied by unparalleled customer service, it was extremely imperative that this objective not be sacrificed as his company grew, expanded, and evolved.
In knowing this, Randy ensured that as the company struggled through the growing pains, the customer’s satisfaction was always kept a top priority. As a result, it is a well-known fact that what separates Conception Tile from everyone else is the level of service received before, during, and after the completion of whatever project being performed.
Currently, Conception Tile operates out of a 25,000 square foot facility at 1633 West Central Avenue in Lompoc, California. Our area of operations has expanded to as far north as Paso Robles and as far south as Ventura. We currently employ over 65 tile setters, granite fabricators, installers, templaters, office personnel and design consultants. We stock approximately 800 granite slabs in our yard that can be viewed at any time.
In the fall of 2006, we are anticipating the grand opening of our deigned showroom with full kitchen and bathroom displays of tile and granite. In addition, Conception Tile has began incorporating the lasted in digitally advance stone fabrication technology.
